The Events pages have been removed

For a long time, I have delayed updating the version of PHP that our website server uses to render our website pages on your phone, tablet or computer. The reason was that to do so caused the website to crash.

I have now managed to ascertain why the site was crashing and fixed that particular problem and have now updated the PHP to the very latest secure version.

There is, however, a further downside to this update and that is that the software which we use to create and format the Events pages is not compatible. This was some very good, but very old, software and had not been updated by its creator since 2018. it is possible that further pages may have been affected. If you find one then please let me know!

The search is on for something to replace the functionality of that software and "Events" will return as soon as that happens.
