South East Area Group
The South East Area Group usually meets at Peter Mann's house in Northwood (HA6 2NL) on the last Thursday afternoon of each month, starting about 2:00pm. Work continues on Peter's Merney Junction layout which is currently being extended into a second shed. For those not working it is a good time to discuss current models or just to run some stock on the layout, the current part of which is fully operational.

At our regular monthly mid-week meeting on June 19th we were treated to a first view of Peter Mann's newly painted Metropolitan Bo-Bo "Sarah Siddons" - a superb job. Also there to be worked on was Merney Junction Peter's entry for the Challenge 33 competition in October

Winter roundup
Since the last report we have had meetings both in Sawbridgeworth and also at Northwood. After the Sawbridgeworth meeting we took down part of the layout since we had agreed to take six boards to the S W Group meeting at Mark.
