The main highlight was the attendance of the S7 Test Track in the 'S7 Village' at the Bristol O Gauge Show in January which was transported, set up, and run by members of the Somerset Group. During the show, David Nicholson and Alan Benson were seen demonstrating track building and other techniques on the society stand.

Late last year an opportunity presented itself when the museum in Crediton was looking to dispose of the S7 station model that had been on display there for several years. Contact was made with our Group, who recovered the model and hope to restore it to working order in the future.
