The ScaleSeven Group have identified a number of enterprises where modellers can get 0-gauge wheels reprofiled to ScaleSeven standards. No endorsement of these enterprises is implied, but all have been used by members.
Lez Allen of Walsall Model Industries will turn their own, and others’ cast-iron wheels, to ScaleSeven profiles but not plastic wheels such as Slater’s.

Slater's Plastikard offer a service to reprofile their 0-gauge wheels to S7 specifications. Each wheel diameter will require an individual tool to be produced so the delivery time will depend on whether wheels have previously been turned to that particular diameter.
Please contact David White on 01629 734053 or Turn on Javascript! to discuss your requirements, or, if completing the online form include this text in the Comments/Special Instructions "Please face and profile to ScaleSeven standards and supply with ScaleSeven axles not FS".

John Borkowski has suitable lathe equipment facilities and is able to provide an occasional service turning of O gauge wheels to S7. Turning realistically is confined to ready-to-run locomotive and rolling stock wheels (Heljan, Dapol, Accurascale, Ellis Clark etc.). Capacity/time is strictly limited as John runs a commercial train business Masterpiece Models, which is a full-time occupation.
Work is therefore only accepted by strict prior agreement. Due to severe time constraints, John is unable to get involved with dismantling or reassembly of wheelsets into locomotives or rolling stock. PLEASE DO NOT SEND WHEELS IN THE POST OR BY COURIER WITHOUT JOHN’S PRIOR CONSENT TO CARRY OUT THE WORK.
