'New Look' website updating is completed

6th August 2021. As will be immediately obvious if you've just looked at the website for the first time in a while, the website has a 'new look'. The page reformatting has been completed (to give a consistent look to everything) so the conversion is now complete.

If you find any clangers - an 'old' page format for example or a link that doesn't work as expected etc. - then please Turn on Javascript!
