Somerset Area Group Report, December 2022

Five of us met, (with two apologies for absence due to unforeseen events), to discuss the Mark meet in October (both 2022 and that planned for 2023).

Before settling down for some modelling (comprising most of us gathered around watching Richard making leaf-springs - see photo - while David N assembled S7 track panels).

We also set dates for the 2023 regular Group meetings in Wells, the next one of which will be 14th January (see the Area Groups Events page for more details). We’re always open to more members coming along and sharing their current work-in-progress, or picking what we call our brains and having a cuppa.

And just as ‘a dog is not only for Christmas’, of course the Demonstration Track (Roundy Roundy) isn’t only available once a year at Mark: it is permanently up in its own space just waiting for your latest build to have a run-in at our meetings.
