We have been heads-down busy over the last few months, with various locomotives, tenders and wagons under construction.

Also, Richard Billington has this year stood back from organising the Mark Open Day – though he might not think so, given the help he’s given me as I try to step into his shoes.

Thus, our monthly and other meetings have included quite a bit more planning than might otherwise be necessary. I’m grateful to Richard for his advice, and I’m sure we’re all appreciative of his efforts over many more years than either of us want to think about!
